GARI Enterprise s.r.o. (“GARI”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information, as the controller of personal data processed through this website — the commercial company of the Global Arena Research Institute.

The Global Arena Research Institute is the parent organisation. It is not the controller of the personal data processed through this website; its details are given here only so the two entities are not confused:

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and, for visitors in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Server logs. The web server records the IP address, requested page, referrer, browser type and timestamp of each request. Logs are kept for security and capacity planning only, for no longer than 30 days, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email you send us. If you write to info@globari.org, we keep your message and address for as long as the conversation and any resulting engagement require, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookieless analytics. We count page views with a privacy-preserving analytics script served from our own domain. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser and does not track you across sites; requests are aggregated and IP addresses are not retained. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your personal data, run advertising, embed social-media widgets, or use fingerprinting. Our site may link to other websites — their privacy practices are their own; please check their policies.

Essential only. This site sets no cookies of its own. The analytics described above is cookieless. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, no consent banner is shown.

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union. Analytics events are processed by a provider hosted in the European Union. We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our instructions under data-processing agreements, or where the law requires it.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for — see the retention periods stated in §2 for server logs and correspondence.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure, where there is no overriding reason to keep it;
• restriction of processing while a dispute is resolved;
• data portability, for data you provided to us;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ); in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office.
