A MONDAY MORNING

What a Monday morning looks like.

Five steps, one screen each.

  1. Step A

    Open the dashboard

Every commodity you follow, its latest price, the forecast direction and whether the band has widened since Friday. Red and green are directions, not verdicts.

  2. Step B

Read the forecast, not a number

Monthly and daily outlooks arrive as a band around a central path. The width is the honesty: when the models disagree, you see it before you commit.

  3. Step C

Check what the market is doing underneath

Regime probabilities, positioning and anomaly grades say whether the move is a trend, a squeeze or noise.

  4. Step D

    Stage the shock

Pick a War Room preset, or build your own, and watch it propagate two hops through the commodities you buy or trade.

  5. Step E

    Leave with a document

An Advisor report in your language, a hedge ticket or a buying schedule — something a colleague can read without the platform.

Plain language, no roadmap: a subscriber can open every item this morning.

WAR ROOM

Stage the shock that keeps you up at night.

  • 14 presets — start from a shock someone has already asked you about.
  • 6 shock types — the kind of disruption, not just its size.
  • Producer game theory — how producers on the other side of the shock are likely to respond.
  • Two-hop propagation — the first commodity moves, and so do the ones bound to it.
  • AI analyst memo and hedge ticket — the written version, and the trade that answers it.
  • PDF — a document a colleague can read without opening the platform.

The numbers come from the market-data engine; the words come from the AI analysts — the analysts explain, they never invent.

The War Room simulates commodity prices across the Market Lens universe. It does not model logistics, infrastructure or regulation — that is Enterprise 360.

METHODOLOGY

Forecasts are never black boxes.

Several independent forecasting models run in parallel on every commodity. The platform keeps scoring them against what actually happened and promotes the best-performing one. Regime detection tells you which market you are in; Monte-Carlo scenario bands tell you how wide the honest answer is.

One engine, several lenses.

FAQ

What buyers and traders ask first.

We already have a terminal.

Keep it for news and execution. Market Lens is the decision layer between a terminal and a spreadsheet: forecasts with honest uncertainty, worst-case cost in euros, and scenario simulation your buyers can actually use.

We use a price reporting agency for contract benchmarks.

Keep the assessed benchmarks your contracts reference — that is genuinely their job. Market Lens is the analytics and decision layer on top, not a replacement.

How accurate are the forecasts?

Audit us before you trust us: every forecast carries an inspectable per-commodity track record on rolling backtests. We publish ranges and misses, not a single flattering average.

Is our uploaded data safe?

Tenant isolation is enforced on every request; your series are never visible to others and never train shared models. EU-hosted on Azure West Europe with Entra ID SSO.

Is this investment advice?

No. Market Lens provides market intelligence and analytics — decisions remain yours; we make them better-informed and auditable.

We only care about a few commodities.

Start there. Several plans are scoped by commodity category — see plans for how coverage is priced.

Can it feed our ERP or BI?

API and integrations are part of Enterprise agreements. Start with the platform; when your organisation wants the data in its own systems, that's the Enterprise conversation.
